Practice Vinyasa Yoga on the sand surrounded by nature.  Suited for ALL LEVELS.

Parking available at the end of a private street to the beach (Can park near Cross Pointe Fellowship church at commuter lot and then walk to beach. Location is near 107 Park Ave, Anna Maria, FL. 34217).

$8 (for 30 minute group Kundalini Prana Kriya-pranayama-(yoga breathing)-kundalini yoga group class).
$8 (for 30 minute Group Yoga Nidra Savasana- deep healing meditation-3rd eye activation group class).
